And what sound does this beauty bird make? Audio clips would be a great addition to your photos...I acan imagine it now: ice cracking, grass growing, kitty learning to neigh and horse learning a gentle meow...and of course the sound of a talented young photographer smiling. Good Shot!
It makes a kind of harsh, squawking, squeeking, rasping call...kind of like a squeeking hinge. When it makes the sound it bends its head over backward and if you saw it, you would think for all the world that it was dying.

The description of the yellow-headed dude's call makes me laugh! It always cheers me to see their bright color; usually it's out my car window. :)
