The sort of fuzzy/grainy look comes from using a higher ISO which allows you to use a higher shutter speed and/or shoot in lower light conditions. In this instance I wanted both 'cause it was cloudy and windy.

How do you get your pictures to looks so soft and fuzzy? Is it the camera setting or is it something that you do with a program?

Mmkay. Well it looks neat! I don't think my camera is that sophisticated, or if it is I don't know how to do it! I just point and shoot. :)
