Oh Will--so cool! It's hard to imagine that this was once a block of wood. The shaping and feathering are so life-like. You are talented! :) I look forward to meeting Mr. Merganser in person. Unless of course its Mrs. Merganser. I don't know anything about them--must look them up. I am just guessing by the coloring.
